You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your winoh account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
winoh is required under Philippine anti-money-laundering legislation and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawal requests. Accepted identification documents include: Philippine passport, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID, or PRC ID. winoh may request additional documentation at any time where required by law or internal compliance policy.
You must keep your password and account credentials strictly confidential. winoh will never ask for your password. You agree to notify winoh immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. winoh will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
winoh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, where winoh has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has provided false registration information; (b) the account is being used in violation of these Terms; (c) continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to winoh or to other players.
The minimum deposit at winoh is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). winoh accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency, subject to the methods available at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts verified as belonging to the requesting player. Before your first withdrawal is processed, KYC verification must be completed to the satisfaction of winoh's compliance team. winoh targets a processing time of five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals following verification; actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider infrastructure.
winoh is subject to Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) and its amendments. winoh monitors transactions for suspicious activity and is obligated to report covered and suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players who engage in transactions that appear designed to conceal the source of funds will have their accounts frozen pending investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent operationally possible. winoh reserves the right to apply identity verification procedures proportionate to the withdrawal amount.

All content on the winoh Platform — including but not limited to the winoh brand name and logo, software, game interfaces, text, images, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the proprietary property of winoh or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without winoh's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, winoh shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from: (a) service interruptions; (b) technical malfunctions; (c) actions of third-party payment providers; or (d) any unauthorized access to your account.
winoh's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winoh's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or for any matter which cannot by law be excluded or limited.
winoh collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By creating an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
winoh uses your personal data to: (a) administer your account; (b) process deposits and withdrawals; (c) comply with PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine legal obligations; and (d) deliver promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
winoh reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, winoh will provide notice to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or by PAGCOR directive.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting winoh support.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising between you and winoh in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules, unless winoh elects to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
